Questions we hear often
Can you guarantee my visa will be granted?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee a visa outcome. Decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs (or a review body) on the facts of each case. What we can do is give you an honest assessment and prepare the strongest application the evidence supports.
Do I need a migration agent to apply?
No. You can apply yourself, and many people do. An agent helps you choose the right pathway, avoid common mistakes, and deal with complex issues such as previous refusals, character or health concerns, or tight deadlines.
How do I check that you're registered?
Search for Swati Kharoud or MARN XXXXXXX on the public register of migration agents at mara.gov.au. Anyone giving Australian migration advice for a fee must be registered, unless they are an Australian legal practitioner.
What does a consultation cost?
Consultation fees are confirmed when you book, and you'll know the amount before the appointment. If you then engage us, you receive a written estimate of professional fees and third-party costs before any work starts.
Are government visa charges included in your fees?
No. Visa application charges are paid to the Department of Home Affairs and are separate from our professional fees. Other costs, such as skills assessments, medical checks, police certificates and translations, are also paid separately.
