Our story
Seer Migration was set up by Swati Kharoud to give people careful, honest guidance through the Australian visa system.
Migration decisions shape careers, families and futures. They deserve more than a generic checklist. We take the time to understand each client's history and goals, then explain the options in plain language, including the risks and the costs, so you can decide with confidence.
Based in Truganina in Melbourne's west, we work with clients across Australia and overseas, in person or by phone and video.

Meet Swati Kharoud
Principal and Registered Migration Agent, MARN XXXXXXX.
Swati works directly with every client, from the first consultation to the final decision. She advises on skilled, family, student, employer sponsored and citizenship matters, and assists clients who have received a refusal or a notice of intention to cancel.
As a registered migration agent, Swati is bound by the Code of Conduct for registered migration agents and completes continuing professional development each year to maintain her registration.
