Information on this website, in our social media posts and in other general publications is general in nature. It does not take your personal circumstances into account and is not migration advice. 2. Law and policy change
Australian migration law, regulations, policy, occupation lists, fees and processing arrangements change frequently, sometimes with little notice. Content was accurate to the best of our knowledge when published, but may since have changed. Always confirm current requirements with us or on the Department of Home Affairs website.
3. No guarantee
No registered migration agent can guarantee a visa, nomination, sponsorship, review or citizenship outcome, or a processing time. Decisions are made by the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Review Tribunal, the Minister or another decision-maker, based on the law and the evidence in each case.
4. Not a government agency
Seer Migration is a private business. We are not part of, affiliated with, or endorsed by the Australian Government, the Department of Home Affairs, the Administrative Review Tribunal or any state or territory government. You can lodge many applications directly with the Department yourself without using an agent.
5. Registered migration advice
Migration advice is provided by Swati Kharoud, Registered Migration Agent, MARN XXXXXXX. You can verify registration on the public register at mara.gov.au. We don't provide legal advice outside migration, or financial, tax or investment advice. Where you need those, we'll recommend you consult an appropriately qualified professional.
6. Fees and government charges
Our professional fees are separate from visa application charges payable to the Department of Home Affairs, and from third-party costs such as skills assessments, English tests, health examinations, police certificates and translations. Government charges are set by the government and may change.
